It has 3 double rooms with extra beds, one double room with double bed and studio with double bed, 2 extra beds and bathroom with bathtub. On the second floor there are 3 maisonettes (one with bathtub), with 2 extra beds and mountain view.

From the panorama balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the ski-tracks and the Pirin mountain tops.


Summer prices (from 1 May to 31 October): Double room – 30 BGN, extra bed – 10 BGN Studio with bathtub – 40 BGN – with option for + 2 beds Maisonette – 60 BGN (maximum 4 people) Maisonette with bathtub – 70 BGN (maximum 4 people)	Winter prices (from 1 November to 30 April): Double room – 40 BGN, extra bed – 15 BGN Studio with bathtub – 50 BGN - with option for + 2 beds Maisonette – 80 BGN (maximum 4 people) Maisonette with bathtub – 90 BGN (maximum 4 people)
Use of whirlpool bath and sauna - 6 BGN per person per day For children under 2 years - free For children 2 to 12 years - 10 BGN per extra bed (for summer period 8 BGN) For children 2 to 12 years - 15 BGN for regular bed (for summer period 12 BGN) Adult extra bed - 15 BGN (for summer period 10 BGN)
